“ Decent experience here at Vida Cocina. Went on a Tuesday night and it was quite busy! It's very interesting vibes in there, it just reminds me of Miami honestly! The music is loud and bumpin and if it's your birthday, they come out with a sparkler and a light up Instagram frame like a club lol. The decor is fun and tropical. The enchiladas were ok, not my favorite. The tortillas fell apart easily. We liked the barria empanadas and the queso dip was delicious. The chips come out in a flower pot. Overall it was good, but wouldn't be my first choice to come back for Mexican type food personally! ”
“ Food was so good. We went on a Saturday and ordered from the brunch menu. Prices are decent range 15 to 30 bucks. I found the food super flavorful and portions were pretty big. Ambiance was so nice, background music and they can accommodate big groups. Very nice decor and very modern. Service was fine, our waitress gave us good recommendations and she checked on us multiple times. I noticed people were getting chips and Salsa and we didn't, not sure if they had to order it or they come complimentary but we didn't get any.. ”
“ Beautifully decorated restaurant! Delicious food great ambience and cocktails! 10/10 Service was really good as well! Highly recommend their ceviche ”
“ This place is gorgeous, love the contemporary twist on traditional Mexican decor. The food is even as good as everything looks :O We walked in on a weekday afternoon and were seated immediately. Service is courteous & professional. Our dishes were served within 10 mins of ordering. AGUACHILE MANGO: Huge portions, heavy on prawns. Probably best to share with 4 people. Spicy, sweet, and savory-- loved the prawns with mango SANTO TRIO: Worth the hype. The esquites is to die for. Be wary, these are SUPER filling and so easy to down alongside a boatload of chips (that they replenish endlessly...). By the time our entrees came out, I tapped out and had to get a box after a few bites LOL. ENCHILADAS TOMATILLO VERDE: The few bites I got were awesome :D Super flavorful, fresh, and well-balanced. They were even better when I reheated them later in the night lol So impressed by everything from start to finish. And very reasonable prices for high quality fare. Definitely a top Mexican restaurant in Orlando. ”
“ I had another amazing lunch experience at VIDA! The restaurant is gorgeous and service was exceptional. We both got cocktails. I absolutely adore their matcha margarita. It was so delicious and absolutely beautiful! The chips and salsa are always a win, especially if you get their queso! For my entree, I got the tamales. It came with one chicken and one pork. The maze was fluffy and warm. There was plenty of tender meat and each sauce was bright and tasty. The beans and rice that came with it were also delicious. Overall, this place is always a great experience. I'm definitely coming back for another matcha margarita! ”
“ slayyy Fernando !! Amazing service, great Mexican old fashion, and great food. Def come here asap!! ”
“ This is my second visit to Vida. The first time was right after they opened. The food we had today was really good. My table ordered the corn as a appetizer. You get complimentary chips and salsa if you order a appetizer. I appreciate a restaurant that will serve the corn off the cob. Far more enjoyable experience in my opinion. For the main course my daughter ordered the shrimp tempura sushi. She said that it was really good though the sauce that accompanied the meal was watered down tasting. My husband ordered the steak chimichanga which he enjoyed with all the accompaniments. My meal was the pork Carnitas chimichanga. The meat was cooked perfectly. I love that the chimichanga only had the pork inside. Some places add beans and it takes away from the flavor. Instead of rice I requested black beans. The service went well this time. Our wait staff checked in but didn't hover. We were allowed to enjoy a leisurely meal. The restaurant has what I consider club music playing. Along with all the conversations plus the music it can be a little loud. Over all a nice experience. Our party of three was a walk up and we were able to be seated right away. ”
“ Had a great brunch experience. Fernando was an amazing server, couldn't have asked for a better experience. ”
“ Enjoyed the visit to this restaurant. I was seated promptly and there was a steady stream of people coming in. The decor is pleasant and bright. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The menu has a number of options. I went with beef empanadas as an appetizer. The empamdas were very good. The meat was tender and the crust was flakey and light. With an appetizer order chips and salsa are free. The chips were served warm and salsa was very flavorful. For my entree, I ordered the chicken chimichanga that came with mexican rice and an avacado salad. The chimichanga was hot and the chicken had a great flavor. The salad was fresh but the avacado appeared to be processed instead of being freshly made. It was similar to what you would buy in a grocery store. The rice was good and due to the appetizer portion and chips I could not finish all of my food. I would return to try more entrees, so.e drinks and dessert. The chocolate flan looked good. ”
“ Had an amazing night. Good drinks. Great service. Amazing food. And our bartender Cesar "like the salad" lol was the most attentive employee and I couldn't ask for a better bartender! He was very personable and I highly recommend seating with him if you get the opportunity! ”
